Overview:
Real Italian suede you can feel. The body is cut from soft Italian suede with a velvety matte nap you sense under your fingers, unfinished and raw. The nap catches the light so edges and folds read a touch darker, and a natural suede scent comes with the raw, unfinished make.
A big, honest shape. It runs 16.9" across the widest middle, 15" along the top and 15" tall, wider through the center than at the mouth, so it reads as a genuinely oversized hobo. Empty, it weighs 1.28 lb (580 g). The single open space swallows a 16-inch laptop, a folder, a water bottle and lunch with room to spare, so pack it as a real all-day carry rather than a compact everyday purse.
One open space, a hobo by design. Inside is a single compartment with a raw, unlined suede back and one clear space, pockets and dividers left out because a hobo is a sack by design and adding them would make it something else. Keep the raw suede dry and brush it gently to keep the nap.
Soft slouch, made to carry. The body is fully unstructured, so it relaxes into a slouchy line, carried loose like a roomy shopper and settling around what you pack the way a tote or bucket does. One wide strap with an 8.6-inch drop rides close under the arm, and a nylon top zipper with a metal pull closes it in completely. It carries a work day, then dinner after, right with trousers or with jeans.
